Ingredients

  • 1 pound red grapes, cut into 12 bunches

  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil

  • Large pinch of sugar

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°. On a baking sheet, toss the grapes with the oil, sugar and salt. Roast for 12 minutes, or until the skins are slightly blistered. Serve warm.

The grapes can be roasted 6 hours ahead.
