Panera Has 3 Festive Holiday Soup Cups You Need to See

We're firmly in the midst of the holiday season, and for most fast-casual places, this means dropping new holiday cups (we're looking at you, Starbucks) and plenty of holiday merch. But this year, Panera is doing both with one new must-have for soup fans. 

On Wednesday, Panera unveiled its new Soup Cups, which are large enough to act as a vessel for your next meal or for an absolutely massive hot cocoa that will last you until New Year's Day. 

"While Panera loves its coffee connoisseurs, the real winter favorite is the brand’s delicious line of signature soups," the brand shared in a statement provided to Food & Wine. "With more than 140 million servings sold annually, Panera’s soup has become a winter essential that guests can’t get enough of." And, it added, its new Holiday Soup Cups are "perfect for those chilly days when you want to cozy up with a comforting classic." 

The cups are now on sale for $10 as a bundle on the Panera Shop. Each one has a cute little design that pays "homage to many of the beloved elements of Panera’s soup," including ingredients like tomatoes (with its red and white cup), broccoli and cheddar cheese (with its green cup), and naturally, bread bowls (with its lilac cup).

But the chain isn't just here to give you the bowl. It wants you to enjoy the soup, too. That's why each cup comes with a gift card to Panera, so you can score a ladle of your favorite soup throughout the rest of the holiday season. 

Looking to try a new flavor? The chain has you covered there, too, as it recently revealed its two new soups: Hearty Fireside Chili and Rustic Baked Potato Soup. It also announced it's bringing back the Autumn Squash Soup. Beyond that, Panera's still got its all-star soup lineup on the menu: Black Bean, Baked Potato, Chicken Tortilla, Chicken Noodle, Creamy Chicken, Creamy Tomato, Greek-Style Lemon Chicken, Hearty Beef Chili, Lobster Bisque, Mexican Street Corn, Clam Chowder, Turkey Sausage, and Tortellini Soup.
