Her work has taken her to the top of an active volcano in Guatemala, the vineyards of Champagne for the grape harvest, two(!!) frozen lakes on Alaska's Iditarod trail, the Bronx at the crack of dawn, and many more destinations around the world. Now, she works as a freelance writer, journalist and recipe developer based in Brooklyn.
