Jordan LaFontaine, a certified beer judge and the blogger and YouTuber behind Iconoclast Brewing, spent years perfecting home brewing after stumbling onto the hobby. “Over the years, I've been through every type of home brewing system you can imagine,” LaFontaine says. “Today, I brew about 20 gallons a batch and run a homebrew club.”
